| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2001 excurtion stalled at 45 mph very scary experiance no power and break was not working proprely.......wasted $550 between jeffy lube changing all fluids and filters and the same at my local garage.....problen still continued ...kept stalling for no apparent reason....fustrated went into the net and found out about the famous "cam positioning sensor" installed a new one and now baby is running fine.....now the problem is that, this can happen again without any notice and on a heavy vheicle like this .....it is a very scary proposition!!!.....i love my excurtion and ford should make a sensor that is more durable and fix this problem. |
