| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I took my car to automax vw because my epc, abs and engine light came on. they said that the epc had a recall and would be replace with no charge however the abs was a $886.00 charge. so i payed them but my engine light was still on and had it service and they said there was an electrical short and would cost $286.00 so they supposely fixed it however i recieved phone call from them to trade my vehicle while it was being work on which was totally wrong as a consumer. when i picked up the vehicle the service manger said the vehicle had a low charge and probably a defective battery. i was quite upset because every time is been one thing after another. i also notice when i took the car home the cd player wouldn't work and it always was working prior to me taking the vehicle to automax vw. i believe they are purposely doing things to make me come out of my pocket, so far over $1000.00 or trying to get me in another vehicle. |
