Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: i own a v92c victory motorcycle and have been experiencing problems with the transmission. i know that the nhtsa has an action on this (#peo4057) however when i take the bike in to the dealer they tell me that there is nothing wrong with the transmission. this is my second 1999 v92c and i had none of these problems on the first one that i bought new, however the current bike that i have was pre-owned and this i think is where the problem is since it was a previously owned bike they are just blowing me off. i know there is a problem and can't seem to get them to take care of it. i need advice on what to do at this point as the last time it was at the dealer they did say that polaris would change out some of the gears but that it would cost me $700-900 out of pocket for labor on an item that should be taken care of by the manufacture. thank you anthony garcia |
