| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Sudden poweer steering loss. usually when parking, resulting in increased steering effort. the car is a pontiac g6. 2005. dealer claimsed thiswas a normal condition on models with electric steering. *ak update (10/13/08): pontiac g6 has electric steering. the loss of power came on suddenly and with no warning. if i waited a few minutes it would return then go out again. the dealer said it was normal for this to happen with electric steering. i got no satisfaction from the dealer and the regional rep. wouldn't even reply to my complaint .out of frustration i traded the car in on a different brand. obviously i lost money and to this day i am still angry. anything you could do would be most appreciated. |
