| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I was using the britix's roundabout cars eat for my daughter since she as was born. she is now 2.5 years old. this seat has a weight limit of 40 lbs. my daughter is 30 lbs. she is able to push down the breast clip and wiggle her arms out of the car seat. when speaking to britix, they seemed not to care. i am not asking for anything, i just wanted parents to be informed. had my mother not been in the car i would have driven 15 miles with my daughter only having her legs strap into the cars eat. i felt my complaint should be addressed by someone, before a child is killed. my daughter should not have been able to get out of the car seat ,and that i may have done something wrong. i thought maybe they were right until it happened two more times on 6/25 and 6/27. i knew that i have done nothing wrong. thank you for your time in this matter. *ak |
