Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I recently purchased a new 2006 jeep commander limited. the vehicle currently has less than 6000 miles. over the past few months the jeep has unexpectedly stalled at least 7 times. one particular stall happened while pulling into a busy street and nearly resulted in a collision. i want to return the vehicle but the dealership will not take it back. i purchased the jeep for my wife to drive and she takes our 2 children with her in the vehicle. i am very concerned about them being injured or more even more serious consequences as a result of the jeep stalling. my goal is to receive a full refund or to have the vehicle replaced with same make, model, etc with an engine that is mechanically sound and does not stall. what are my options? |
