Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2004 chrysler sebring. on june 25, 2007, while driving approximately 50 mph, the contact heard a loud noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. the contact took the vehicle to the shop and found that the rear shock mounts were corroded. the rear passenger side shock mount had detached from the vehicle. the manufacturer stated that it was not their problem and the contact would have to pay for the repairs. the current and failure mileages were 71,931. |
