| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2004 chevrolet silverado. while driving 70 mph in the center lane, the driver side front goodyear wrangler tire blew out. the contact lost control of the vehicle and crashed into the median. aaa arrived and changed the tire. the consumer stated when taken to the dealer he found that all of the tires and the spare were passenger car tires with maximum inflation pressure recommendation of 44 pounds. the customer stated the tires were over inflated thus putting him at risk for exactly what happened since inflating the tires as recommended. updated 07/25/07 *tr |
