| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: First ,heard noise coming form engine(rattling noise). took to dealer to have them look at it. was told by mechanic, that the engine would probably be gone in six months. that's all i was told. no reasons why. if the problem was fixable or anything. a week later the car cut-off on me right after i had exited the highway. if i would've still been on the highway, it would've definitely caused a terrible accident. took car to my mechanic. he had to take the engine completely apart to find out what the problem was. come to find out , it was the water pump that caused the timing chain to break in two places, causing the whole engine to lock-up! so i paid my mechanic $1,615.20 to replace timing chain, gaskets, and numerous other things to try to get the car started just to see if the engine was gone. guess what i found out? it was gone -dead).now i'm stuck with a beautiful car , that's no good to me. and i'm still paying on it! this stinks. |
