Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Owned 2002chrysler mini van..had to depress the brake extra hard for it to engage in park and if i'm in a hurry and didn't step on the brake extra hard it won't stay in park. in fact all of the letters will have squares around them indicating it's not in park. a couple of times it started moving on it's own. luckily i was close by and corrected the problem. i have brought it to the attention of the chrysler service person that services my car, and i'm told that's the way it is. well i don't think so, it's very scary to think your car is in park and it isn't. i don"t know what "oem" means so i indicated no. *ak |
