| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Chrysler concorde lxi, model year 2000, mileage 71930: leaving driveway, turning right, upon trying to center steering wheel after turn, it would not turn back to the left and i ran off the road to the right. minor damage. backed out and only could steer left with extreme effort. managed to get car back into the driveway. call mechanic, told me rack and pinion had failed - common problem on 2000 concorde. if i had been traveling at highway speeds, this would have been really bad. *ak |
