| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Last month we purchased a 2005 buick rendezvous. we noticed that the front end shook when taking off and hitting a small hole in the road. we notified the dealer where we purchased the vehicle, and they checked it out and told us that it was characteristic of that type of vehicle but that a mount was available to fix the problem but it would cost an extra $600.00. we told them no thank you but what we would like to know is were we being told the truth and if so why wasn't the mount already on the vehicle when it was manufactured . thank you for your time and we are awaiting your answer. *ak |
