Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: (1)the transmission/gear light in the 2003 honda pilot with 83,000 miles (when in drive) began blinking. we called the honda dealer and they said it indicated a problem with the transmission. the representative at the dealer said that 90% of the time it was the transmission pressure switch. (2)the car continued to be drivable. (3)the part was replaced by the montgomery, al honda dealer for $180.00. our concern is that this is a very common problem, but it is probably not being reported by many consumers due to the relatively low cost of repair. *tr |
