Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Brand new 2007 nissan altima took to deale r at 2915 for oil change and asked them to check brakes. they told me they needed to replace back brake pads. while waiting 6 hours they finally were going to let me take it, but the warning light came on. the mechanics were not sure what caused this and they needed the car to stay. at one point i was told the computerwas not doing what it was supposed to with the car. after several days i was told they would need to replace the wiring harness. needless to say when i finally picked up the car they only fixed the wiring harness. it had trouble starting as well. i wait several minutes checking to see that car was in park and brake pedal pushed in and pushed on the ignition with thumb, and nd it took several tries before car started. mind you this was a brand new car? very frustrated.*ak |
