| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Had brake tsb done in sept. 06. maybe 3000 miles on car. drove my car on 7/12/07 and heard screeching from left rear brake. immediately drove to connel in oakland, ca. i got a call from the service department stating that all of my rotors needed replacing. the car has 12,500 miles on it. i've owned a 2004 honda element and still hasn't required brake service. how do rear pads wera before front pads on any vehicle? i had an oil change in june and there was no mention of brake problem. |
