| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: i was stopped at a stoplight in a busy intersection. i went to proceed trhough the intersection when the light turned green and the car was acting like it was stuck in neutral. i had to push down hard on the accelerator to get through the intersection and pull over onto the shoulder safely. the car would not move, except to go in reverse. there was no warning that something was going wrong with my car. i had the car towed to the transmission shop, where it wa s going to have a new transmission installed. *ak |
