Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I don't have a safety complaint. this is about water stains on the seats. i own a 2007 jeep liberty and i have spoke with the company and the dealer, and now i have notified the better business bureau and the attorney general's office. the water stains on the seats have brought down the value of the car. i was told how to clean them, and even had a dealer clean them for me. and now they are worse then ever. i have been told that this is not a manufacturer's defect, but that cannot be at all true. the car is 4 months old, and on the inside looks 10 years old. water does not stain or rather never in any of my other cars. it does not take a genius to figure this out. the company is in major denial about this. i have done research on other websites and have discovered numerous letters about this same problem. so, if this is not a defect, then what is it? a fluke? i hardly think so. the company needs to stand by the warranty and fix this problem for their customers. *ak |
