Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2007 dodge nitro 4x4. while driving 65 mph or greater, the tire pressure monitor alarm sounded and the deflated tire icon appeared on the instrument panel. the contact checked the driver side rear tire, but the tire was not flat. the vehicle was taken to the dealer on three separate occasions. the tire pressure monitor is still not working properly. the current mileage is 8,570 and failure mileage was 6,623. the consumer stating still waiting for dealer to receive a response from chrysler about the defect. the consumer provided repair invoices for the vehicle and a vehicle inspection report. the dealer stated fuel tank locking, when cold and moving a popping sound in wheel, heat coming up through steering column, and brake pedal feels low. updated 08/07/07 *tr |
