Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: After having no problems with the 2004 chrysler pacifica for nearly 2 years, all of a sudden over the last 2 weeks it has begun to stall at inappropriate times. the first time i was slowing down for a car in front of me it just died. the next 2 times it happened while i was on the interstate using cruise control at 70 mph. the next time i was on the interstate without cruise control. today, it happened while i was idling in park, engine fully warmed up. each time all dashboard lights went out, and the key was in switch but not on. i was able to immediately restart the vehicle by turning ignition to on without having to stop and without having to shift out of drive. at first, i thought maybe i was hitting key with my knee, i was a bit tall, but this last time, my leg was nowhere near the ignition. i have a kill switch alarm system, but no one has been able to determine the source of my problem. *tr |
