| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2007 chevrolet silverado 1500. the contact stated that both of his children (4 and 6 years old) were able to turn the key in the ignition and place the vehicle in reverse, without depressing the brake pedal. the vehicle rolled backwards and crashed into a tree while the passenger side door was open. the contact stated that there was approximately $14,000 worth of damage to the vehicle. the damage was mostly in the rear of the vehicle as well as the doors coming apart due to the impact of the crash. the powertrain was unknown. the current and failure mileages were 7,332. |
