Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a bmw 750 li. he lives on a near a cliff and when he parks his vehicle on an incline the vehicle lurches forward. this happens consistently 20 seconds after parking the vehicle and engaging the emergency brake. he first noticed the failure, approximately in february 2007, after parking on an incline. the degree of the incline is not relevant to the failure, even a slight incline will produce the failure, but a large incline will jolt the vehicle forward more violently. the weather was not a factor in the failure. he was told by the service dealer that all bmw 750s perform in this manner and he has that statement written on a service order. the failure mileage was 1300 and the current mileage was 22156. if necessary, please contact the owner via email. |
