| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2007 chevrolet tahoe. the front driver side seat belt retractor jammed when the contact attempted to place on the belt. the failure existed until the vehicle was driven 50 miles. also, when attempting to lean forward, the belt would jam. the failure occurred intermittently. the dealer was unable to duplicate the failure. the current mileage is 10,500 and failure mileage was 5,000. the consumer stated when riding over a bump the belt would release. the consumer stated showed the defect to the dealer and seatbelt was replaced. updated 09/05/07 *tr |
