Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: An unknown road debris (small pebble) struck the front of the vehicle (regular event), causing ac unit to fail. the dealer found that a pebble punctured a hole in ac condenser. this is brand new car. repair cost $700 and is not covered by warranty. in fact, ac condenser is exposed to incoming flow and is not protected. apparently the condenser is also very fragile. honda said that it is normal. i think it is not. this is a design flaw that should be addressed, at least by providing free repair of this undue damage. *jb |
