| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: General ameritrac tr tires, size p255/70/17. i had to replace all 4 original equipment tires on my 05 ford f-150 4x4 after only 22,000 miles because the tread was separating from the tires to the point you could see the steel belts. before that i had numerous punctures and repairs from things as light as a stick. i had nothing but troubles from these tires since day one and can't figure out why ford would put such a poor quality tires on there vehicles. i believe both general tire and ford owe me some kind of reimbursement for my trouble, time, and new tires. i was told by the ford dealer that replaced them that general tire would not honor any type warranty on these tires. *tr |
