| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I bought a brand new honda civic ex. the car seems to hesitate/freezes while driving at random times. sometimes when starting the car, sometimes while driving. obviously if i'm pulling into traffic and the car freezes this could become very dangerous. i took the car back to the dealer and contacted the manufacturer. they stated after 2 attempts to fix it that the car is fine and the symptom is a "normal characteristic of the vehicle." this being the case, i figure i should report this incident. *jb |
