| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Graco infant car seat, model 8643. my daughter 8 months was riding in the seat and was able to reach behind the inner-liner of the car seat and pull the stuffing/material out and began to put it in her mouth. the fibers got caught in her throat and she began to choke. my wife pulled over and began first-aid, my daughter was able to clear her throat by vomiting the fibers out. *jb correct dom is 9/1/2006 |
