| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Baby trend flex-loc infant car seat (model #6311): the belt attached to the buckle on this five point harness, brand new infant restraint is starting to unravel. complaint filed both over the phone (through their voice mail service) and online. response time is supposed to be 48 hours, but after 10 days, there's been no reply to either complaint. store where bought won't accept it as a return since it was purchased more than 90 days ago, even though it's only been used for 7 weeks. also, the handle release buttons (to lower or raise the carry handle) is hard to operate. *tr |
