| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2007 chevrolet express 1500. the contact stated that the air bags were defective. his vehicle was struck from the rear while it was parked and the air bags failed to deploy. the driver who crashed into him was killed. four people were injured in the contact's vehicle and four people were injured in the other vehicle. the vehicle was destroyed. a police report was filed. the manufacturer issued the contact a case number, however, they did not explain why the air bags did not deploy and if the vehicle was included in any recalls. the speed of the other vehicle at the time of the crash was unknown. the current and failure mileages were 2,800. |
