| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: '03 jeep liberty - left lower front ball joint failed and separated while the vehicle was in motion at low speed during a turn (left upper ball joint failed previously ref. complaint confirmation #1019828). lower ball joints were replaced twice before under recall #c36. the service dealer replaced the both the right and left lower control arm ball joints under recall #f23, along with the axle half shaft, axle drive shaft seal, axle shaft seal housing, tire and wheel. *jb |
