| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: A small white plastic connector piece broke off from the canopy/hood/sun cover of my child's peg perego primo viaggo sip infant seat and she got it lodged in her mouth throat while in the seat in our moving car. she was screaming and i pulled over to find her choking on half the small almost butterfly shaped piece. i removed the piece from her mouth and saw the canopy was not attached to the seat on one side. at home i looked at the other side of the canopy. the white piece is the part that clicks to hold the canopy in it various positions of up and down. the canopy became dislodged and this piece fell out of the mechanism. *tr |
