Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Design flaw windshield ! you can not see out of the windshield at any time of the day, morning, or dusk! there is a total mirror image of the dash-board in the windshield from side to side and top to bottom! you must where shaded sun glasses to drive this car even at night and when there is no sun shining!!!!!!??????? i have had numberious e-mails and visits to ford with no results. this is going to cause a an accident as you can not see out of the corner of the windshield. i visited our local state police office, and they have no answers, except that is against the law to darken the windshield ! no one wants to commit themselves or admit this is not a normal problem, as i do believe this is common on crossovers. *tr |
