Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Back in march, i received a recall notice from daimler chrysler regarding the lower ball joints in my jeep. steering can fail causing a crash. i called my local dealer and was told i was 80th on their waiting list. i called in may and was told they would get to me sometime in july!! today is august 1 and my recall is still not fixed. they blame the jeep corp for not providing enough parts to fix all the problems. *jb
