Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have had multiple issues with my car. the most severe have been a replacement bolt on the axle that made a clicking sound when i put it in reverse. that took place within 2 months of my owning the car. the other has been my brakes. they were making squealing sounds when they were depressed, at 4500 miles. i kept complaining to the dealership and they finally realized that there was an issue with the front brakes. it was fixed at 9,000 miles. the squealing subsided somewhat, but there has always been a sound. i took my car in again recently for routine maintenance and complained that the sound has still not gone away. they said there was dust on the brakes, and that once it was cleaned up, it should be fine. they said my back brakes were now an issue. mysteriously, after picking up my car, the squealing was worse and was now coming from the back of the car. the service rep said that i need to fix them within the 1500 miles. i was not having any issues with back brakes up until this point. i truly believe that the service tech tampered did something to them. finally, my sunroof starting giving out and requires a new motor. this all happened within 2 years with barely 14,000 miles! *jb |
