Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Upon general use the plastic pin in the window regulator (driver's side front) broke dropping the window down into the door. i contacted the chrysler dealer only to be told that they cannot keep these in stock as this is a common occurrence. i was told they will not issue a recall because this is not a safety issue. however, at the time it was 20 degrees below zero and i had a 6 month old baby in the car. i have not fixed it yet as there are so many replacements for this that the one for my vehicle has not been found and the cost is very steep. chrysler has admitted that this was a poor design and has since been changed. i feel they should fix my car at their expense. *tr |
