Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: I have a infant car seat made by dorel juvenile group, model#22-630-bal mfg: l#6b017795 10/18/05 it has a base that no mater how tight you pull the seat belt, it moves so free across the seat and can easily be removed without undoing the seat belt. also the car seat it self will not stay in the restraints very well, if you buckle the car seat in you can easily pick up on the front of the seat and it slides right out of the seat belt. i can tell if one of my cars flipped over in a accident the seat would fly around in the car freely. i have tried every way to make this seat work, and it just doesn't seem safe in any way. if you could look into this mater and let me know if maybe i am doing something wrong ( which i don't think i am) i looked for a recall but shows to have non. thank you. *jb
