| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The brakes, when applied at highway speeds, will cause the front-end of the vehicle, including the steering wheel to shake violently. the dealer told me the rotors were warped and needed to be turned. the rotors have been turned on two separate occasions in less than a year at my own expense. i have been told by the service manager it is a recurrent problem - probably due to a bad batch of rotors. it is a serious safety issue since it occurs at high speeds and at times when proper braking is critical. *jb |
