Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I own a 2006 honda odyssey (purchased july 2006). last weekend, i noticed blue fluid (coolant) on the grill accompanied by a burnt smell and the coolant fluid was below the minimum level. just two weeks prior, this car was taken in to the dealers for the 1 year minor tune-up. the dealers reported that a rock has punctured the radiator, so that is where the leak was coming from. i was told that this case is not covered by the warranty because it is not from the normal wear and tear. i find it unfair that due to the poor design of the grill that i have to pay a $500 deductible to get this fixed. *tr |
