| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2000 chevrolet silverado 1500. while driving 65 mph, the brakes locked when they were depressed. the vehicle slid approximately thirty yards. the road conditions were clear. the dealer has not inspected the vehicle. there is a recall for the anti-lock brakes (nhtsa campaign id # 00v055000), however, the dealer and the manufacturer stated that his vin was not included in the recall. the contact felt that his vehicle should be included. the current and failure mileages were 233,400. |
