Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I just got off the highway. while i was parking the vehicle i heard popping noise under the hood and i completely lost steering. the bolts holding the inner rods and rack and pinion broke off. after some research i found out that this is very common problem for this line of chrysler vehicles. i called chrysler customer service. they claim that this is not their problem because the car is not under manufacture warranty.. *tr |
