| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: General use, no accidents. buckled child in seat on way to store and noticed that she pushed forward and loosened in the seat. i tightened it again and it just came loose again. i grabbed the chest clip and pulled and the entire length of the straps just came right out. the strap does not seem to be locking in the front adjuster mechanism. we immediately returned home to switch to the other vehicle with our other carseat. have fiddled with it to see if something could be adjusted and that all straps were threaded properly. everything seemed to be good except that the harness would not lock tight any longer. i called dorel juvenile group, where cosco is, and reported the problem. they are sending a delivery service to pick up the seat at their expense. it will be inspected and i was told it is very likely it will be replaced. *jb 22-120 cosco scenera, dom 10/18/2005 |
