| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: On june 28, 2007 i purchased a 1999 dodge intrepid from arnaldo garcia he told me the engine had been rebuilt and he said the car was in good working condition. in july 2007 i began to have problems only 14 days after purchasing the vehicle for $2900 in cash (as he requested) i have a receipt with his name and signature stating that i paid him cash. as of august 12, 2007 the car no longer works. i have contacted him on august 16, 2007 and he refused to give me my money back or fix the car. *jb |
