| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Steering issue with 2007 chevrolet impala. when making turns, i can hear and feel a clunking noise in the steering wheel. the vehicle only has 700 miles on it. the dealer is supposed to replace the steering shaft when the part is available. i went to the dealer twice with this concern. the first time, they just lubed the steering shaft. that did not help the problem at all. two days later i went back to the dealer, and that is when they said they will replace the shaft. *tr |
