Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: 2000 chevrolet suburban k1500 ls. power window regulator failure. left rear became inoperative jan 07...repaired with regulator/motor assembly by dealer. was not given the option of separate regulator as stated in service bulletin. right rear inoperative aug 07. in both cases, the motor still operative. the cables disconnected from the motor assembly. this would seem to be a factory/manufacturer defect in the clips/fasteners to the motor assembly. windows would not stay up and had to be temporarily secured up with tape to provide some safety/security until repair could be made. *tr
