| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Took a road trip on i40e to winston salem (3 hr. each way), while driving back the ac stopped working. took it to apple tree honda and they stated a rock had punctured the condenser and it was not covered under warranty. this cost over $400.00 to repair, and is a major front end design flaw, this company needs to recall all of these vehicles and put covers over the holes in the front grill area. this is unacceptable, it is a $200.00 fix or less for them, and i will not purchase another honda for $28k when they can't even correct their own mistakes. *tr |
