| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2005 keystone sprinter. the contact stated that the manufacturer did not include the brace plates that were needed to connect to the capture plate of the super glider hitch. as a result, the trailer became unhitched while in motion and caused a crash. an inspection revealed that the bolts that were required for the vehicle were never placed on the trailer. the manufacturer stated that the dealer should have automatically installed this kit, but they did not. no other vehicle information was available. |
