Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Sunroof and windshield has leak which caused water damage to my vehicle. i took my vehicle in with all the other defects that are now be discovered with this vehicle and the service people told me it was my fault for not cleaning the tubes near the sunroof. after servicing the jeep the service department discovered the problem still existed. this seems to be an ongoing problem so i now hired an attorney who is very familiar with these problems and has settled numerous settlements for all these defects. *tr |
