Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2004 jeep liberty. the contact stated that the catalytic converter light illuminated and the vehicle became difficult to drive after it had been repaired by the dealer. the contact took the vehicle to a mechanic, who stated that the vehicle should have been deemed as destroyed and would not perform any repairs. the vehicle was towed to the dealer and they stated that it only needed an alignment. however, the vehicle remained difficult to drive and made a thud noise. the speed was unknown. the current mileage was 53,000 and failure mileage was 52,917.
