Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: The window regulator broke on the driver's side. the part that broke was on the regulator and a cable connects to it. the part was made from plastic and was not strong enough to handle the weight of the window and it broke. i am the original owner and always took great care of my jeep. the dealer wants $270 for a new one (not including labor) and this is very disappointing as nothing out of the ordinary was done to cause this piece of plastic to break. *tr
