| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have a 2004 jeep cherokee, my drivers side window made a bang noise (sounded like someone hit the door with a bat) and the window slid down into the door! it scared me! i took in the next day to get it fixed....$400!! and the man told me he's had several of these come in and he's had to replace. i think jeep should recall them and fix them. i've looked out online and there are several complaints about the plastic parts in the door that work the window. *jb |
