| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The abs system shorted out causing the harness and all the connecting wires to melt. i had no warning this was going to happen. my van started smoking, the odometer, speedometer, air conditioner nothing was working. luckily, i was about 1/8 mile from my house when it happened and was able to pull into my driveway and shut the vehicle off. the van was in the shop from june 14 to august 28 because a part could not be found to replace the abs harness. the bill for the repairs was over $1,000.00! *jb |
